Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. (NWRECC) is an Idaho 501(c)(3) corporation specializing in the property management and rehabilitation of HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, and Tax Credit Housing.
We are committed to creating and preserving affordable housing, enabling life with dignity for our residents and creating a quality work environment for employees.
Established in 1999 by Brad A. Elg, Northwest owns or manages properties in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Wyoming. We are always looking for new properties to add to our portfolio both through acquisition and third-party management.
Tamarack Property Management Company, based in Billings, Montana, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp.
